88 - SURAH AL GHASHIYAH

AL GHASHIYAH
(The Overwhelming)

SUMMARY

A hadith serves as an embodiment of truth, containing within it ayaati/signs that are perceivable in the lower consciousness by our brains. The purpose of these signs is to effectively communicate and convey inherent values and information, aiding the recipient in interpreting and comprehending the truth it represents. This initiates a spiritual journey of self-discovery, where individuals strive to understand and discern the truth embedded in these signs. Success in this journey is reflected in the humility demonstrated, accompanied by the evident distinction and diligent effort invested in the process.

Connection with higher consciousness brings forth fresh knowledge through a matured perception. Those in tune with this elevated state acquire knowledge solely through humility, with no nourishment or sustenance against hunger, as this knowledge is bestowed upon the sincere (mukhlasin).  In that moment, your life's goal or purpose is to receive blissful knowledge in Jannatin, the hidden garden of Allah's wisdom. Within Jannatin, non-factual knowledge will not reach your ears. Instead, the vision of factual knowledge will flow continuously, bringing delight and elevating you to a higher consciousness.

And vessels of knowledge are put in place in a state of readiness, creating an atmosphere of understanding that develops from the vessels arranged in rows, forming an unmarked pattern with no space in between. This knowledge is then rolled out, ready to be digested, and is in a state of permeation, spread out for understanding and discernment.

Do they not reflect upon the evolution of skills? Be aware, for indeed, you are the one who is aware. You are not above them who tell stories, except for those who turn away and reject (tuwalla/kafara). For them, Allah will inflict a greater punishment. Indeed, their ultimate return is to Allah, and upon Him rests their account of what they reject.

With the name Allah (the All-Encompassing Source whose name encompasses the measurements of existence and the unfolding chain of events leading to all observable outcomes), the Rahmaan, the Raheem. (The Rahmaan is the boundless system of factual knowledge and the Raheem is the grace bestowed upon those who sincerely seek and engage with this wisdom through the guidance of Ar Rahmaan).

88.1    Has there come to you hadith ul ghashiyah / the overwhelming manifestation of reality (of what Allah has decoded the meaning for you) ?

88.2    Wuju'hun / focus to care (for growth) that moment, khoshi'ah / a humility,

88.3    'Amilatun nashibah / A clearly distinguishable work (that has been done).

88.4    Connection (in the higher consciousness) of an intensed spiritual heat (burning sensation of the mind signifying hard work).

88.5    Tusqaa / fresh knowledge from 'ainin aaniyah / a matured perception.

88.6   There is no tho'amun / consumption (of knowledge) for them except from dhori'in / humility,

88.7    Neither nourishing nor availing against hunger (because the knowledge is given to mukhlasin / those who are sincere).

88.8   That moment, wujuhun / focus to care (for growth), na'imah / receiving blissful knowledge.

88.9    Rhadhiyah / satisfied lisa'iha / for their effort,

88.10    In jannatin / a hidden garden of knowledge, 'aaliyah / most high,

88.11    (They will) not hear wherein laaghiyah / non-factual knowledge.

88.12    Within it is a 'ainun jaariyah / flowing of perceptions (of the signs).

88.13    Within it are sururun / a delightful marfu'ah / elevated state

88.14    And akwaabun / vessels of knowledge mawdhu'ah / put in place (in a state of readiness)

88.15    And namaariqu / atmosphere of understanding (that developed from the vessels of knowledge) masfuufah / in rows (unmark pattern with no space in between)

88.16    And zarabiyyu / rolled out to be digested (knowledge ready to be understood and discerned) mabthuthah / in a state of permeation (spread out)

88.17    Then do they not look at the ibili / skills - how they khuliqat / evolved?

88.18    And at the samaa'i / higher consciousness - how it is rufi'at / elevated?

88.19    And at the jibal / fixed balanced equilibrium (in the understanding of realities of body and mind) - how they nushibat / set up?

88.20    And at the ardh / lower consciousness - how it is suthihat / expanded (the consciousness)?

88.21    So zikkir / be aware, indeed what you are is muzakkir / the one who is aware.

88.22    You are not over them (content of higher consciousness) with mushaithirun / the ones who tell stories.

88.23    Except, he who tuwalla / turns away and kafara / rejects

88.24    Then Allah 'uazzibu / will punish him the azaabal akbar / greater punishment.

88.25    Indeed, to Us is iyyabahum / their return.

88.26    Then indeed, upon Us is hisabahum / their account (of what they reject).

87 - SURAH AL A'ALA

 AL A'ALA
(The Most High)

SUMMARY

An-nas is the agitated mind that gives birth to neurosis thoughts characterized by anxiety, conflicts, depression, or other feelings of unhappiness or distress that are out of proportion to the circumstances of a person's life.  An agitated mind can be a tool for the self to identify its own weaknesses, the conflicts or the restlessness so that evolution can be initiated.  At the same time, an agitated mind can also dominantly occupy our mind giving life to the ego and putting to sleep our consciousness.

In this surah, Allah begins with a command to the agitated mind to swim to explore the depths of knowledge from higher consciousness in the name of our Rabb, the Most High, who evolved and shaped the higher self in higher consciousness. The One who measured and guided, bringing out the art of listening for discernment, cultivating knowledge to annihilate a defective state of affairs. Allah will make the self recite, and we will not forget, except what Allah wills. He knows the manifested and the concealed. He will ease us toward discernment and independent rationalization. Remember, independent thinking benefits those who fear and rationalize independently.

The worst will be bewildered, burning in the greatest internal conflict, unable to dissolve their lower self nor live. Success in decoding the message belongs to those who develop mentally, independently rationalize the elevated hidden meaning of their Lord, and connect. Yet, we prefer the temptations of worldly attachments, while the ending of this world is better and more enduring. Indeed, this is in the discernment of earlier inherent scripts, the discernment of Ibrahim, the one who is inclined to the truth, and Musa, the one who is familiar with the truth.

87.1    Swim to explore (Allah's abundant knowledge) the name (with elevated hidden meaning) of your Rabb / Lord (the nourisher and sustainer), the Most High,

87.2    The one who khalaqa / evolved fasawwa / then shaped (higher self in higher consciousness)

87.3    And the one who qaddara / measured (the shape in accordance to knowing the elevated hidden meaning), then guided

87.4    And the one who akhraja / brings out the mar'a / cultivation (for your mental development)

87.5    Then makes it ghuthaa'an ahwaa / a defective (bad state of affair) cultivation of knowledge.

87.6    Sanuqri'uka / We will make you recite, then you will not tansaa / forget,

87.7    Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is jahra / manifested and what is yakhfaa / concealed.

87.8    And We will ease you (to discern) toward ease (discernment).

87.9    So zakkir / independently rationalize (the hidden meaning), if the zikraa / self independent thinking should benefit;

87.10    He who fears will zakkaru / independently rationalize.

87.11    And the ashqa / worst (among them) yatajannabuha / will be bewildered with it,

87.12    They are those who will burn in the greatest nar / internal conflict,

87.13    Then they will not mauta / dissolve their lower self in it nor living.

87.14    Certainly, has aflaha /  succeeded (breaking the frontiers of consciousness) who tazakkaa / developed mentally,

87.15    And zakara / embody divine masculine attributes of his Rabb / Lord and sallaa / connect (through which he experience His presence).

87.16    Rather you prefer the hayaatal duniya / living temptations of worldly attachments,

87.17    And the aakhirah / ending (of duniya) is better and more enduring.

87.18    Indeed, this is surely in the shuhufi 'ula / earlier contemplative expression (within which the hidden message is veiled, awaiting deeper reflection to be uncovered),

87.19    Shuhufi / contemplative expression (within which the hidden message is veiled, awaiting deeper reflection to be uncovered) of Ibrahim / who is inclined to the truth and Musa / who is familiar with the truth.
